For future reference.... no 'credible' company takes your money until your parts are shipped out, whether they have them in stock or not. Parts billing, shipping, and exchange of tracking numbers all happen the same day/time if the company is credible.

When I order something, I check my credit card balance daily... sometimes multiple times a day... if I'm billed before I see a shipping/tracking confirmation email, I jump on that company immediately, and threaten to have my credit card company retract payment, and go elsewhere for parts.... THAT gets attention, and gets things done in a hurry.

I hope you can at least get some of your money back from this, man... good luck.

That’s the way they do it, I never got any tracking number etc. They use the money they take from you’re account to buy the parts you want from them. That what they told me.

Another thing, they promised me that there distributor (Extreme Dimensions) would ship it this week (again) but I never got a tracking number. They haven’t responded to any mails since they fount out about the stuff here on CC.

My parts are stuck at the airport in Copenhagen, and have been for 3 weeks now. They shipped the parts, so that I will have to pay all expenses here in Denmark, and that’s not right. Bax in Denmark called me up and told me this, and I informed Andy’s about this, and they have done nothing, they still believe, that I can just walk in there and get my parts for free. Bax here in Denmark then informed Bax in the US, and they have called Andy’s and left several messages, without anyone calling them back. I have even told Andy’s just to call Bax, to get all this solved fast but they haven’t done anything.
The thing I don’t understand is they shipped it Door-To-Airport, and I will have to pay to get my parts home. They also did this the last time, so why should I have to pay for that again again, when it was them that f#cked up the order.

Now Andy’s tells me that they want me to pay them $175 to get them to change it to a door-to-door. Now, hold on, why should I have to pay to get my replacement parts. The F#cked up my order, and now f#cked up the shipment. So they should pay everything till it's fixed!

andys auto sport has been a crappy company for a long time.....thats why my buddy stopped doing business with him.....now he buys from vis, tc, tsunami and other good/ respectable companies out there..... BBB really wont do anything besides logging in the complaint

Well, after like 4 weeks of calling Andy's every day, to get them to change the shipment to a door-to-door, I hade to pay my way out of it - They did nothing. The parts were shipped the wrong way, and were locked at customs in Copenhagen. Then Andy's wanted me to pay them $175 to change it to a door-to-door when is was there mistake to start with.
So I hade to pay $481,51 just to get my replacement parts! That’s not right!

So a BIG warning to everybody, don’t do business with Andy’s Autpsports

dispute with the CC company, return the s**t back in pieces, of course insure the amount and have andys deal with ups to file the claim, thats a bunch of bullshit, we should make a fund to put in an advertisement in super street and honda tuning about this s**t

Well, my parts came to my house today. The box looks all fine, I open it and guess what. The rear bumper has a big crack right down the middle. I want my damn money back! And yeah, the parts are from http://extreamdementions.com Andy's new supplier.
