it looks like the upper front si strut bar has been removed and you can just paint the front bumper and maybe paint the fog housing a diff color its like a new thing going around now too paint the fog garnish but you car is very nice
ps you might want too look for a sohc sticker from like jdmland.com too replace the dohc
