i only want to use a 55 shot, and sometimes a 65, and rarely a 75 (which is why i would get some other upgrades).

why is wetter better?

the sooner the fuel is mixed with the nitrous the better. Leave the injectors to supply fuel to the engine it self.

Im thinking about putting it on my car. DO you only spray once or do you spray once in every gear 2nd,3rd,4th? and how long do you spray?

In my experiance with nitrous it is safe in all gears as long as the rpms are high enough, like 2500+.

On a dry syetem the nitrous mixes in the intake manifold when it meets the injectors. The injectors have to flow more fuel to mix properly with the nitrous which is why I don't like it. The injectors heve to work harder to flow @ max during wide open throttle and flow even more to compensate for the nitrous.
On a wet system the fuel and nitrous are mixed when they a introduced in to the air intake system. And the injectors only have to worry getting fuel suppiled to the engine. A wet system is kind of like a direct port nozzle that is in the air intake.
We have a 12sec Maxima in our shop and it has a wet Zex system. My daily driven/ tow vechicle has a Zex wet system.

Did someone answer this and I missed it I keep looking... Also how much does it cost to get it filled. I dont know anything about it if there are bottle size or what. But a ruff estimate is cool.

Chris

If the switch is throttle connected it will stop when you let off the gas and back on when you push the gas. My truck is an auto so I have a button and I hold it until I cross the finish line.

most places around here charge 4 bucks a lb, so about 40 to fill a bottle everytime you need to, and we have a few local shops that carry nitrous filling stations

most kits run of tps - not like you see in the movies where you push a button to spray - although you can wire it up that way easily. so basically, while the n2o is on, it will spray when you're flooring it. when you let go of the gas, it goes off.

Most dry systems I have seen force the fuel coming from the tank to the injectors through a smaller orifice to ramp up the fuel pressure. It could cause problems ranging from just not working at all and stalling the engine (remember, N2O by itself doesn't burn) to leaning out the fuel air mixture and damaging the engine if your pump is just weak enough.

On a wet system you control the fuel, you control the N2O, you get your 9:1+N2O ratio.

so is it pretty much a requirement to be on the safe side to get a better fuel pump, and even the fuel rails and injectors when getting nitrous?
