Biz is by far one of the most active mods the site has ever seen.. and on top of that when he is wrong he is the first to admit it.. in the past biz and i did NOT get along.. but i FIRMLY believe he is a stand up guy who really has the sites best interest in mind.. he is also VERY active in the mod lounge seeking discussion and input from other moderators.. does he make mistakes? sure we all do.. but that does not imo make him a bad mod..

I have to agree with this. There is no other mod that is as active as biz. He is constantly working to fix things and improve the quality of the site. While we have a few mods who are very inactive, he is not one of them. By the way, Jay Jay and OC didn't make him SMod. It was a vote by the entire moderator staff. We vote him into the position because of his dedication and hard work. That is a vote that I am still very happy that I made.

i voted for Biz to be a mod, and i voted again for him to be a Smod. I think he does a damn good job, and shows more dedication than probably anyone else on the site

me having a civic or not does not change my interest in this site or Hondas in general..

I didn't want to jump into this mix too much, but OC did put up a valid point. A lot of people that has been here in the past has come, spent some time, shared some knowledge, and left. This is due to them whether having a Civic for some time, joined a great site (this really is, a great site), and once they pick up another car or happen to sell their Civic or what not, they become less attached. Not saying that this happens EVERYTIME, but it does happen, and quite often. I no longer have my Civic, yet I still return to the site, why? Because there's still knowledge to be spreaded and amongst all of that, there's great people here.

I thought about all of this before a few weeks back (Thanksgiving), and made a thread about it... Yes, I enjoy this site so much, that I'd rather prefer it over many of the others I get on. Now before I continue to babble some more, I'll let you guys argue whether the site has been worse, or may have gotten better.

I like the way it's ran, the site hasn't change since day one, it has it's slow times and fast times, mods do their jobs, and never had a problem since i joined.

Now- I don't like to do this, but Biz, honestly, I haven't been back regularly since you became a mod. I have never respected you, and don't feel you have helped being a mod. Making you blue was one of the biggest mistakes Justin and Anthony ever made.

Yeah, I did get voted in by the rest of the staff and I didn't get voted in because I am useless on this site. I love this site and would do as much as I possibly can for it. It's basically the only site I go on, it's f**king awesome. If my ideas for this site would pass, I'm sure it would be even better but my opinions don't always ride with everyone.



Chris., I know you wanted the smod posistion but you only got one vote and that's because you voted for yourself. Now, no matter how much better of a job you think you could do than me, what does that tell you? I voted for Joey myself because if anyone could do a better job than I then it would have to be lil joey.



Now, unlike some of you, you'll go on being salty because I've said somehting you don't like or agree with. the difference with me is that I like all of you in an internet kind of way. I hold no hard feelings and if there is any way I could help you out, I would.

This let's me know that, hey, even though he's cool and all, he's still keeping things under control like he should.

the difference with Eran is that he's not a problem member. Do you see him flaming noobs, talking s**t or causing problems? Of course he's going to snap back if someone comes at him with drama. I think him and his lady NOFX have more tech knowledge than max or any other nuts you guys want to swing on.



I f**king like destroy (turbo95) and dank! I would love for them to come back but they got banned according to the rules. I mean s**t.... f**king dank came on and posted porn in the regular off topic. Hell yeah it was funny but why the f**k should I/we let him get away with that. It wan't like that was his first time either. I banned him myself and was being fair. I'd do the same whether it be a troll or a og member. You cannot come and post porn where there's alot of kids and think you can get away with it. You couldn't get away with that on any other site.



as for max... yeah, I think he's cool too but I've seen him post more bullshit than tech help in my day. He claims he never wants to come back but does so anyway. I'm sure everyone that has been banned is back with new profiles. We can't catch them all.

its kinda like the saying goes, "the older i get, the better i was.

we are always gonna look back and see things as better as they were and people always want change and realize it was better in the first place..

If I issue an infraction and the person that received it totally understands why he received it and is sorry, I will usually reverse it. It's not all about a nazi setting with strict discipline for me, it's about helping one another. If you're going to let someone you don't know be the reason you don't do things in real life, like going onto a civic forum to shoot the s**t or help with tech, then I feel sorry for you. I'm just glad I'm not that weak of a person. For the record, I don't recall ever giving you a reason not to respect me but whatever you reasons may be, I'm sure they're as weak as your actions.


and oc or JayJay didn't make me an smod, the rest of the staff did. So with that being said, are you not going to respect them as well? you should have never left to begin with and the terms you left on weren't the greatest either. Not getting what you want wasn't the best reason to leave imo.






I have no civic I do have a honda and an infiniti tho but I do plan on buying another civic in a year or so. Not because I feel I have to but because I love them!

I don't think it matters about what you drive, just the input you have for the site is all that you need to be a decent mod. Enforcing the rules, giving tech help, etc etc...

We had a race together this past weekend. He was the driver of course but we lost because he got mad half way through the course. Apparently I said the wrong thing and he got mad. He just stopped dead with a skid and just stared at me for 2min with no words exchanged.

So clearly people on this site have some beef with other members, but you know what? thats life. marc and biz might HATE each other, but conducting themselves in a professional, respectful manner is the key. I think respect is biggest aspect of this whole thing. noobs can be stupid as hell, but show them respect and they'll want to learn, granted you get a few bad apples, but they can be dealt with accordingly. There are a FEW mods who i see as less active, but then again, im not even sure some of them are mods anymore haha.

biz you aight in my book mang. The only fault i have with billy is that he's from Charleston kidding.

Respect is key.




oh and another thing, if you're jokin around with people on the site, and they take offense....is it that tough to apologize and be mature? that might help a lot as well.
