I haven't seen a 6th gen bumper on a 5th gen. If it looked hella nice, I would put it. But I haven't seen it. And a pic of the bumper isn't the best way to show how it'll look. lol. but I've seen 99-00 oem fogs on a 92-95 coupe bumper. Looks pretty sweet. I'm thinkin' about doin' it.

I'm not too sure. But by the look of the pic, you'll probably have to drill your own holes. If you do it right, it should look tight. I'ma do that one day... if I don't get the 99-00 front end...
