I think i would've done the same if i was those guys. Funny sh!t.

If it was me using the laser I would have done 2 things differently:
1) Put that s**t right in the middle of that intersection and see if he would get hit by a car.
2) If #1 failed then I would put it on the hood of the police car and watch the guy try to catch it
