Hey, this may be off-topic here, but Im looking for some help. Im moving to Tempe or Mesa, and Im looking for a cheap apartment that wont give two 18 year olds with a clean record any problem. Im looking for a 1 bedroom apartment for approx. 500 a month, and maybe a little more. I know when I moved to IL, I found my apartment online, and then after I lived in the area I seen that I was missing out on better/cheaper apartments than what I had.

So, anybody know of some cheap apartments near or in Tempe or Mesa?

Tempe is gonna be more I'm told because of ASU. We stayed at Signature Place on W. Grove Parkway and got an AMAZING two bedroom/two bathroom w/ two car attached garage. We paid $960 with a 14-month lease. I would stay there again, other than you can't work on your car. I got some friends with a condo near Tempe in Chandler and one of them is moving out. I'm gonna be payin like $375 and there is three of us....

What are you movin down there for?
