Breaking it down, motor mounts, radiator, injectors, and clutch won't net you any more power. B16 makes somewhere around 150hp at the flywheel. Sooo add on maybe 10-15hp? Depends on the tune also. But don't expect crazy numbers.

EDIT: Unless you plan on boost, don't bother with a stage 4 clutch. All you're doing is making it harder to drive.

Same with the injectors. Nothing you have added justifies the increase in fuel flow. Also don't really see a reason for the tune, except to maybe balance out the extra unneeded fuel being dumped in there to get it back to a reasonable mpg range.

You basically already named them all. Bolt ons won't do much. If you want real power gains I recommend turbo. It's a whole new ballpark when you're boosted ;)

I thought about it , but I literally just drive this car to work and back I didn't want to have the risk of blowing it considering its stock af get me

I ran a boosted B18B for 3 years as my daily driver, even though the winters. Stock internals (ARP heads studs to prevent head lifting under boost), but a very good tune... I'd still be driving her if she didn't rust away.

B18 motors play nicely with boost, just don't go balls to the wall and you'd have a very fun daily.

I had a cold air intake, 4-1 header, and apex'i world sport 2 exhaust on my jdm b16a (flywheel rated 170 hp) running a basemap chipped ecu.....my car put down 156 whp. You have a better intake manifold and larger throttle body, but nothing else to really make those parts shine, so I wouldn't expect much more than what I made.
