B18a1 into 2000 civic sedan

I have two civics 1 2000 sedan engine removed for rebuild and 1 91' civic hatch with b18a1 swap also removed I want to put b18a1 into newer civic need advice on what I need to get and not get looking to use as much from both cars as I can to make it happen also will b putting d16y7 into older hatch after rebuild but not concerned with that till b is in sedan

Laws vary state to state, but check your local State DMV and emissions laws.
In NY, you can't legally put an older motor into a newer car.
Also running and OBD1/OBD0 motor in an OBD2 car, you will run into inspection and emissions issues.

Will my d16y7 injectors work on b18a1 I don't want to splice my injector harness on car or add resister to it to make the ones from b18a1 work

yes it will work, or you can also use an injector from a b18b1
