Have you been checking fuse 15? Has it blown again since you started this thread? This link describes how to test a fuse.
If the fuse is fine, you likely have a crappy alternator or the alternator belt is loose. Drive your car to an auto parts store for a free check of the charging system.
Fuse 15 has not blown again. But whenever it did, it was usually while driving it the rain or after it rained...not really sure why. But Ill get the charging system tested and get the exact amps the alternator produces.
also ever since i noticed the battery light faintly on when i started this thread, my driver side window wont go down the dome light fuse blew. Not that this info helps with anything
