u dont need axles for 200whp unless ur running slicks everyday
u dont need axles periods
like GREEN said all u need is the lifetime ones

Not tryin to be a d**k, but honestly...for certain applications, buying custom axles makes sense. As for $1200 axles, yeah, I agree, no way is your car gonna be making THAT much power to the wheels...and if it is, mad props to you LOL
Again, no, my swap wasn't dependent on them, but to avoid much hassle, I decided to go with the DSS....axles...

keep your stock axles...unless you dont have a f**king clue how to launch you wont break them. driver error is #1 cause for them breaking.

And yeah I'm getting defensive. this whole time I've tried nothing more than to just learn and I've tried several times to show you that I'm not saying I'm right, just in my mind I didnt have anything to disprove what I was saying. My boy has 450hp ek thats trailored to the track and runs on stock axles. That has to tell you something. Not to mention the other dozen people i know that run high hp boosted motors on stock axles and have never had a problem.

yeah i'm a ricer :roll: i guess ricer nowadays means someone who doesnt cheap out on parts and likes to play it safe, not to mention have good quality stuff.500hp TO THE WHEELS and SLICKS tend to eat stock axles that are meant to handle stock motors and stock output.

Yeah and I like to flush money down the toilet toooo........it's not cheapin' out on parts, it's bein' smart.and no one has gotten hurt from a busting an axle on a 5000rpm launch with 33inch slicks either, boy that's the wrong way to launch, let me tell ya and we would all like to see this dyno sheet of 500 horses too.............Do you have any idea of how much money it takes to get to a dependable 500 horses............I do, and who you callin' little b***h rookie, ass clowns like you are what this industry needs.....just shut up and go spend all that money on dumb s**t that you don't need, ya might as well buy a bigass "HOTTT" sticker for your back window at Autozone too..........

I could get 500 horses from £250, I got a friend who has got a farm....damm am I in the forum again shezzz

Stock axel can easy taken on double their power so I dont know about this 90hp axel running 200bhp that bs that axel wont break even if you hit with a sledge hammer (ok maybe it would)

If your running "500hp" like you say then yeh you got money to spend 500hp get some GSR axels or lemme know & I'l get some GSR Axel's put them on ebay & rate them at 500hp charge you $1200 & make a sweet $1130 profit... so then both me & you will be happy!

Apparently I was calling you this b***h...I didnt think it was unclear, then again I am the 'rookie' so what do I know? haha all of your posts you act like you know all there is to know and you've done all there is to do. Well I have found a way (no thanks to your ass due to you not knowing or just not wanting to help out, sounds like a good person to have on a car forum...) to run the boost I want for the track and the boost I want for daily driving without having detonation problems. You think I need help from an arrogant ass like you? This is the kind of s**t that is ruining CC...damn
