you are asking to many questions. lol
but my experience with this whole foglights and turbo thing is that 90% of ppl just take the foglights out because they dont want to deal with the hassle of rerouting everything. some things you gotta give up if you wanna go fast, like me not running a/c. lol

you need a resistor box. You can either buy an oe resistor box or make your own...i made my own.

I have a y7 too and put together my own kit, but never boosted lol. If you need help, let me know

couple things id like to included.

the first thing you should buy is a turbo. then go from there. it will let you know what kind of mani and if you need a wastegate

i picked up a new d series cast iron ac /ps mani on ebay for 170 shipped 5 yr warrenty and all. i wish i would have bought a dowpipe with it instead of making one. buying it already made is alot easier.

imo your best bet is to get a smaller turbo like a t25 or something smaller. theyre cheaper and spool quicker.

people are using ebay wastegates and swapping out the spring. theyre cheap so it will save some money. i ran a ebay bov for 4 months and never had a problem. sounded sick for 40 bucks  all it does is open when it hits a psi. my boy has a ebay wastegate that he bought for 45 shipped and has bin running 10psi for almost 6 months.

i would recommend getting an oil pressure and boost gauge. even tho youll have oil pressure if you spin a bearing, its a good thing to know where your pressures at.

f**k the fuel pump. stock one is fine unless your going for over 190hp which i dout.

good luck
