About the engine bay.. i dont know why but am purposely trying not to color match anything.. I know it sounds weird but it makes everything stand out more to me at least IMO
Kinda like how some people have red lca's with green tein springs red shocks silver tie bar.. I think it makes all of the products stand out more
I understand what you mean, but I think often it only goes well if you use easily recognisable colors. Then again I also think part of the color clash in your engine bay is there isn't a focal poit with the colors and the silverish color of the D-series imo messes up the idea you have. Plus it should tie into the rest of the car too.
Here is an example of a colorful engine bay that still works (imo again). Hugh Lee's 1997 Hatchie:
Examples of well known colors: HKS Purple, Tein Green, SRR Purple, Spoon Blue/Yellow, PWJDM Bronze, TypeR Red, Tanabe Red, GReddy Blue, MSD Red.
side markers FTW. good to see that you got the balls to do it...wasnt that hard, now was it..? my car sits about that low...hopefully i can get over the speed bumps at school . i'm lovin the stance. aight, so...the sidemarkers that i have...have two wires coming from them. one black one white. and i want them to be wired up just like you have them, so that they are on while the parking lights are on and blink when they do. so, does that mean that i have the white wire to red and the black one to green..? do i even need to worry about having a ground..? Thanks man.....our cars are almost twins...sorta but not really. I'm taking a full photosh00t tuesday so be on the lookout for that. keep up the great work mang!!!!
