Got all my parts today. Didnt get much accomplished tonight. I installed my new heater core, attempted to put my new T.A. bushings in but didnt have a tool so I have to get that tomorrow and did some more work on my engine harness.

Test fitting the radiator

New heater core and rear rotors

Battery relocation and trailing arm bushings

Radiator looks good man. Why the new heater core? Was something wrong with the old one?

Thanks guys!

The ends of the old heater core were nearly collapsed somehow. So I decided it would be a good time to replace it rather then trying to rig it up.

Same thing happened to one of mine when I removed the heater hose. It is super ductile metal. I was able to bend it back out so it doesn't leak, but it just pissed me off haha

It would be much better if I had a good chair and workbench to do the work on. Im just sitting on the floor and I start to get sore after awhile lol. Just about to go try and finish it tonight

Wrapped the rest in electrical tape and put a little heat shield on there and its finally done. Will be putting the engine/trans in tomorrow or saturday! After that it wont be long.

Got my E.S. trailing arm bushings on finally after fighting with them for awhile. Also had to reroute my driver front brake line since my clutch pedal was hitting it. Should be a good day of work tomorrow, plan on putting the engine in and installing the rear disc setup. Stay tuned!

Also was looking through my imageshack and ran into a pic of the old 7th gen I bought from gary. I actually miss it, probably been crushed by now :(

Yeah it was a great car to me, when I was in school up in indiana I put around 50k on the car in a year since I came home almost every weekend. I never had any problems with it, im thinking about getting another one when I get rid of my altima.
