check your wiring because you might have a wire shorting on something metal such as a bracket

did you tape up your fuel injector wiring good?

Good question, i had the smallest of openings in my injector wiring harness and moisture got it. it made the car run all jacked up. anyway alot is to be said for spending the money on proper electrical connections. my 2c=)

I did tape them up good, and wire loomed them.. however they do run under the manifold rather than on top because it looks cleaner. I will check for shorts in the wiring..

Would fuse 15 just randomly blow once due to some overload?

pump wiring? I was able to pretty much take the stock pump out and put the new one in with no problems. I had to made a few adjustments to get it to fit, etc... but didn't need to do any wiring.

I went back in and checked the pump a couple days ago.. it's fine as far as I could tell

There is clearly a short that is blowing fuse 15 (click TSB link in my signature). Inspect those wires around the C115 connector carefully. This is where I would focus my attention before doing anything else. Fuse 15 protects a bunch of important components, including the primary O2 sensor heater element, so you can easily see the potential link to your rich condition. You also mentioned that the O2 sensor drug on the ground at some point, so the short could also be in the power wire for primary O2 sensor heater element, rather than near C115.

well I actually took out the ELD for a little while, I'm thinking because I removed that is why they were blowing? I just put it back in so we'll see. But I've been checking for shorts in wires a little, but I will get in to it more tomorrow after work hopefully.. I should be getting the flange for my IAT sensor welded in so hopefully that will help also..
