dude... you ARE stock

the rev limiter is a protection device for not-so-smart people so they dont over rev their engine...
all you did by chipping the ecu is remove the protection... your motor still cannot handle anywhere near 9,000rpm

you need to upgrade the valve train to handle 9,000rpm....


i would do some more research before you continue modding your car........... and DONT rev it to 9,000rpm again

exactly! when your ready to tune your car, maybe you should do another "TEST" and rev the bastard to 9k again, I mean just to test it and make sure. awww what the heck, drop a valve while your at it too.
