damn...i would fight that. you should only be liable for personal property, theft, etc...aka "renters insurance". flood damage is a property owner liability...at least where i come from.

Well, i literally JUST got back from a 2hr drive from school and came to work.. some drunk guy just came in the office asking if we do trade-in's. Then he kept saying the couches that we have in the office are for getting kinky with the girlfriend. Now I remember why I'm going to school to GTFO of this town
