Broken Recaro...HELP!

looks like the plastic is broken on one of those close up pix. i dunnot if that can be fixed unless you took it apart and had a replacement piece. i dunno. looks like you;re s**t outta luck till then. guess you;ll have the pimp seat in the back. that hump in the floor makes a good spot to rest your feet for the passenger.

There has got to be some way to at least adjust it enough to sit normally. Maybe drill a pair of holes and use two screwdrivers (or a large pair of pliers) as a fork to twist it where the knob would be?

*edit* Have you tried just twisting that bolt in the center with a socket wrench?

you could drill a couple pilot holes in the plastic. then screw a makeshift wooden knob into that i guess.

bwaaaahahaha i like that. It'll be a limo service haha...except I plan on throwing in a cage before spring lol

I tried turning it with some pliars I have around here, but i really don't have much as far as tools go here in my crib.
