it woulda bin done if i had help lol. my helper hasnt bin here in like 2 days. i had to drop the motor in myself. all i need to do it my alternator belt, pcv thing, ground strap and were good to go. nothings opened on christmas

it runs...kinda lol the timing is way off. im trying to learn how to set it but its not going well.. anyone help? its a z6 bottom and y8 head on a obd2a y8 ecu. theres a 5 degree difference or somthing. y8 runs at 12 and z6 runs at 14 or somthing. help?
