Why are you so dead set on buying that? Also who knows why it cost less if the dealer does it, they probably sell the used oil to another business and make up the difference that way. That way they can keep honda customers coming back for other maintenance and charging stupid amount of money for other things.Which brings me to my next question.....
who online sells Honda oil, at a lesser rate than the dealer?

I'm more dead set on this because i've tried 3 other oils and my car ran like s**t afterwards..Why are you so dead set on buying that? At the dealership I work for we reuse the old oil for heating in the winter, cost effective energy savers, nothing like free heat, best way to recycle it and put it to use.Why are you so dead set on buying that? I've tried Quaker State, Pennzoil, and ValvolineHow did your car run like s*** from using a different oil? I've ran mobil 1 for years, never had an issue. Mobil 1 is generally what most automakers use. On a cheap beater I wouldn't go all out or spend that much, as long as you change it on time and use a good filter you'll be good.
Why not? It isn't going to hurt. If anything it might help. Mine has 172k and I have been using mobile 1 full synthetic for over 2 years. I do my oil changes at ~3k miles and it comes out looking almost brand new each time.I've heard great things about Mobil 1 Synthetic, but I don't want to switch to synthetic at 177,000 miles
