Yes an no, if you buy a legit swap from Hmotors and put it in yourself it would run around 2.5k. However if you do the smart thing and put a new pump, clutch ect ect the price starts to climb. A decent turbo kit will run you around 2-2.5k then add in hondata or something to tune ($300-700). Injectors, fuel pump ect you'll be close to the 8k mark.
