ARGH!!! You guys are not going to believe this...
After a week of going back and forth with UPS, in trying to retrieve a failed 1st Attempt of delivery, they now claim to have "Lost" my package!! Somehow, between 1st attempt of delivery and it being returned to center for holding (which I called for), it never made it back to center....yet, I was continuously told that my shipment was waiting for me. Every attempt I made to retrieve, I ran into a wall, where I was told that I couldn't pick it up..come again next day. Today was the final day before being sent back to sender. And now, this is the story I was given by a manager.
