only hyundai to have a turbo in the U.S. was the Scoupe, and even then it was a little slow, but still cool none the less.

you might as well just call it the tiburon better known as that over here... the gt trim for elantras is the same engine but comes with sport suspension, and other random things the engine isn't any different... they have a turbo disel elantra overseas and i'm planning on a turbo eventually... might take me awhile... i'm just a lowly subway worker.... if you like the tiburon check this out... http://savefile.com/projects/892123 ... 315 whp tibby

the engine you're referring to is in the older model elantras they used the 2.0 mits engine which was easily turboed its the same thats in 91 talons and the like
