The hx coupe came across as something he just couldnt pass up. There were lots of options he was looking at. Im personally happy he stayed 96-00 civic as well.Damn, I haven't been on here since right after you got hit in the hatch, nice job on the come back, and a black coupe, I can't hate on that, but why not another hatch, I probably missed it cause I didn't read back from where I left off, well anyway I'm stoked for some more "Child style big baller build thread".
I'ts pretty much a daily for me. It depends on where im going and what im doing though. So I really only drive it to certain places.so wait child is this your DD?
nailed it. Tread wear is actually pretty good. Since i've thrown them on the coupe, I haven't aligned the car because i'm just getting rid of the wheels and tires anyway so I didn't care about wear anymore. With the camber and amount of driving i've done with them, I think they are a worthwhile buy.Yokohama s drive 205/15/15
By the way, how is your tread wear with those??
Finding a hatch that's actually worth modifying is retardley hard to come by. It wouldn't be worth the time to sit around hoping for another one. Plus finding this cheap coupe is good condition was a pretty rare find as well, so i jumped on the opportunity. I was just going to get into a newer car and just make use of my motor.Damn, I haven't been on here since right after you got hit in the hatch, nice job on the come back, and a black coupe, I can't hate on that, but why not another hatch, I probably missed it cause I didn't read back from where I left off, well anyway I'm stoked for some more "Child style big baller build thread".

child what are your opinions on quick disconnect setups......i cant really tell is yours disconnect ....if not name brand of yours and what do you recomend.....thanks
^^^ this is all i recommend. Works Bell rapfix II quick release and Works Bell hub. That's what I'm using.Works bell
I was looking at this setup this morning. Cost more compared to the nrg setup. But there are combo deals out there to save cash. If you go through nengun you can get the quick releases with lock for around $360. Which is good since buying separate would cost more.^^^ this is all i recommend. Some people have had good luck with NRG setups and some haven't. I've never used NRG, but I've also NEVER heard of any issues with Works Bell.
and you get resistors to fix the SRS light with Works Bell!^^^ this is all i recommend. Works Bell rapfix II quick release and Works Bell hub. That's what I'm using.

What was the total cost for your setupand you get resistors to fix the SRS light with Works Bell!
Works Bell connects better than NRG if you could compare. My brother has an NRG qr and it snaps and pops loud when you put it on while the Works Bell just slides smooth and sets firmly. They both feel the same once connected. I vote Works Bell not cause I have it but it feels smoother and Nrg feels like it drags and has a tough contact when connecting and disconnecting.
