update of what's up (or not up since im getting impatient)
I put in a order for some BNIB CTR headlights from
www.showstoppersusa.com on January 11th (after speaking with staff to confirm that they would be new oem stanley headlights and I was told It would be about mid february before they got in) So I went ahead and ordered some considering the price and that I had dealt with them in the past for my EP3 I had years ago and had no problems whatsoever.
I followed up with the order during the first week of february to reassure myself that things were underway since i know it can be awhile when importing parts. Chuck from showstoppersusa said they were being crated along with several other products they were having imported and I should be receiving a call or email regarding when it ships out.
Friday february 17th, I hadn't gotten any call or email so I sent out an email to find out the current status of my order. No response. Monday february 20th, I call mid day PST time, no answer and I left a voicemail and also emailed again asking about the status.
Tuesday february 21st, I had meant to call again to try to get some info but I was busy and it slipped my mind, so I quickly sent out another email stating that I hadn't gotten a response to my previous email about my status. I sent this email at 6:58PM Central time aka 2 minutes before the closing of business hours in California and I got a response back from Chuck which was,

I just emailed Japan again to get a confirmation of arrival. I will let you know once they respond. Thank you.

The timing and the response itself don't sit very well with me. I'm really on the edge of fighting to cancel this whole deal and move on and just pay more from someone with them here already.....we'll see....
