Deff man, My last civic was broken into frist they tried breaking though the keyhole failed so they broke the window stole the raido in the process destroyed the dash and took the bumpers off of it. this all happend right in front of my house. they hit 17 cars the same night. it was pretty intense. the sucky thing about it was if they would have just tried to open the door with the handle it would have opened i left it unlocked that night, not just that the keys to pull the raido out were in my center console if they would have just looked it woulda been a clean job. they were deff amateurs cause they left a buncha stuff behind like my highschool class ring and my pair of oakleys. eh whatever insurance was super cool about everything and just cashed me out a good amount + let me take my parts off. wasnt a bad deal at all.

Man, Its been a LONG, LONG time since ive been on here. So i suppose checking in is long overdue. Last year i moved from the bay area to santa monica, decided to take a job down here. So far so cal is awesome. The new job, really put a hold on the car. I've actually been travailing around the world, mostly Europe i think ive visited some 13 cities in 7 countries and theres no sign of slowing down as well. Its been a crazy year with tons of stories, If you guys want to see pictures ill be more than happy to share.
The car itself has actually been sitting around collecting dust, since I've moved down to santa Monica I've actually opted to ride a bike around town, i live about 2 miles from work so driving to work just seems like a big waste of money and since im always in and out of the country it just stays garaged up. Lately ive missed my car so i decided to take it out one night, left it parked out side figured it was safe. BOY was I wrong.
BOOM! they break in, take the steering wheel and my radio. Needless to say my radio was already damaged from a previous attempt to take it but now its completely gone, not too much damage, they did a clean job, but taking my steering wheel, well that was pretty effed up.They ended up taking my MOMO Tuner wheel and my Pioneer head unit. It looks like they were trying to steal teh whole car but gave up pretty fast. They ended up breaking the plastic piece under the steering wheel. not quite sure where to find that replacement part yet.
So the insurance cut me a check and today i drove over to JHPUSA i got some goods. I figured it was time for something different and well heres the start of it.

CTR shift boot
Circuit Hero Shift Knob
NRG Quick release 2.0
i think i want to powdercoat the knob black to match the spokes, figure it cant be that expensive.
The radio is going to be installed by a different company. i went with an Alpine CDE-147BT since the rest of my speakers are alpine.
I have a airbag delete tray coming in too. I guess it take a while since they dont make them anymore. hopefully it comes in soon, ive always wanted one!

400, older guy had it sitting around, i had to jump on it, its in amazing shape, 9/10 i would say. Im pretty excited to get this seat in, now to hunt down a second one.
