I have a just about BONE STOCK 1991 ford mustang.. it has like 180 THOUSAND miles... it starts up EVERY day.. drives me to work.. and will still outperform your reliable civic in EVERY capacity on the strip... I don't come on here insulting your 73whp.. so I would appreciate you not insulting my car choice..

and once the new motor is in... ZERO miles.. totally reliable.. NO forced induction it SHOULD be good for 12-13 second passes..

so really.. get off the ford d**k, and go back to strapping bolt-ons to your econobox.. and just know that a mustang.. even a stock one.. will destroy you..

every car has an area theyre picked on the most. hondas for being riced up and slow. ford for their name. dodge for their symbol. shoot i used to want a mustang till my parents made me get a civic for good gas mileage. would you like me to pick on gmc instead?

No Im not happy, I had a GM with 350k miles on it......and that started up everyday and drove my ass to work everyday before I found a newer Honda. And no, we are not comparing the cars simply because one has a 4cyl and the other has a V8. We are comparing the two in drag racing because the OP asked about it. The OP didnt ask about Fords in general vs. Civics, he asked about Mustangs specifically. Stop making excuses.
