Civic wont shift into gear after rebuild.

Hey i recently rebuilt my d16y7. And now i cant get it to go into place. The clutch does engage, its just i put it in gear and it still rolls. I also couldnt get it to start and it sounded like the starter was whinning cause of to much preasure trying to start. And it seemed the the motor was turning over slow. And So could it be the shift fork or the throw out bearing? Anyone with some help would be nice. I really need to get my car running. Thanks!

make sure your axles are in all the way too, i had that issue once.

any CEL codes?

Nope, it wont even go into at all. Running or not. And i did put them in all the way. I was thinking it coulkd be the throw out bearing and the shift fork.
