Got the car last july after totalling my parents car we shared. Thus as you may bet im screwed with high premium insurance and on the side need to pay for college. All from my minimum wage job at a Hardware store Strodsniders Hardware-in Potomac

As you see i didnt finish the mods to my ride from what i got. Im also putting on a Lower grill made from Black plastic gutter gaurd. DIY hahah

when i installed the rear strut bar it came in 3 pieces. 2 peices for each side and 1 bar to connect to both sides. When i loosly put in 1 side the opposite sides Holes on the bar didnt match so i had to not only drill but power sand some of it..So it took me 2 hours..Long ass time too if you think about it cuz I
1st- tried to force it
2nd-tried using a rubber mallet
3rd-tried tightening it up at a angle and hoping it will pop out on the other side
4rth-wanted to take a sledge to it but instead drilled and sanded it and it worked
5th-me passed out for using all my energy trying to force it hahaha

Weird how all or most aftermarket parts you get you need to modify it somehow or do something for itll fit.

So once i made the hole big enough and tightened everything it was a easy installation




btw the integra strut bar I got from a junk yard for 15$, the valve cover is now black with the metal letters showing isnt perfect, Parents took away all the parts I got except the NRG rear strut bar cuz i got that on b4 they took it. They took it so i dont f**k with my car this semester in college. Though i own the car paid every penny,paid for the parts, pay for insurance

So they took-header,h-brace,rear lower tie bar and i kno were the sidemarkers are

also im gonna buy this summer a Apexi ws2 exhaust. Trying to look as stock as i can. Tint it 20-25% and get the stock/oem low civic spoiler...might cross off the spoiler for now.

Im not even sure ill mod that car any more ill explain:
Recently Ive put a lot of thought into this. My car is a POS auto so either way ill need to do a auto-manual conversion NO QUESTION AUTO SUX.
Im in college so im looking for the most efficient way to get power. I dunno yet to Autox or to drag

So here are a few senario's
*Swap a B16 or GSR (integra) engine and turbo it
*Swap a H22a (prelude) engine and turbo it
*Swap a TSX lower end and get a RSR-S top end with a Type-S tranny. And turbo it

THOSE ARE ALL expensive as hell ill spend a minimum of 3k for the engine or for it to be dropped under the hood

So. Im putting a lot of thought into buying a CRX or 90-93 Teg this summer for like a lil less then 2k and not register or insure it just have it as a beater.

What ill do to them if i descide to go turbo:
Bore it out,put sleaves on it, get forged pistons and rods and get a t3/t4 turbo aiming for 200-400 HP but actually i really want 300-400
Cuz for the CRX it has the weight/power ratio and the faster it goes the better my time will be. I mean a D-series engine is already in my car and its lighter then any of the engine swaps i listed b4. So why not turbo?

Or Just get 1 of those beaters to autox or keep my coupe and autox it w/ auto tranny

Im so lost in thought on this you will never believe it. I really cant figure out what ill do

I can think you should do buy a new car, already a manuel, swap over all your parts, then buy a motor. If you take a road trip to Washington, I can get you a gsr installed for around $2,300!! Car looks good, just stop buying stuff for it and start over on a manuel.

Don't get the low OEM spoiler, go with the Si spoiler or none at all. A clean trunk lid looks good and so does the Si wing but the low spoiler just screams mediocrity, it just looks really blah..

Why did your s**t that you bought get taken?

My parents took my s**t right outa my trunk after i was driving around with it for about a week and only had the time to install the rear strut bar.
They took it because they didnt want me to f**k with my car all this college semester like i did last semester thus my grades were lower. So they'll hopefully give it to me on my B-day March 10 so ill have it on for the meet im planning or they will give it to me in May after classes are over. It sucks cuz I paid every penny for the car i own it, Paid for the parts, Im on my parents insurance plan but i saw the total per year and pay my da the amount monthly he gives me no discounts for being his son.

Don't get the low OEM spoiler, go with the Si spoiler or none at all. A clean trunk lid looks good and so does the Si wing but the low spoiler just screams mediocrity, it just looks really blah..

Very true. Exactly why I mentioned a CRX B4 that i could buy already manual. Just dont have the cash for that right now keeping my ride is more affordable. Eventually ill buy another ride unless i do the auto-manual conversion on this one.
