if your parents are anything like mine you come back home with that car lowered and they are gonna b***h you out for it.

Also if you havent already bought struts, DO IT. Dont pay to have the s**t installed twice when your coils ride like s**t on your stock shocks and eventually blow em out. I thought everyone was fulla s**t when they bitched about the stock struts but they aint playin ... i had neuspeed race on stocks and it was terrible.

I paid my friend $50 to do the install. We did it in a parking lot with no spring compressor, popped that s**t off agasint an oak tree lol. I woulda done it myself but i didnt know how to do that s**t and he did so i figured its worth the money.

Also, i would seriously stop doing mods to your car until its paid off. That should be your first priority, youll thank me later.

when you take the stock spring off set it between 2 tires on the ground and stand on the 2 tires, then unbolt the spring. And it will pop off, its pretty damn strong.

Dont pay more than 100 bucks, I work at my homies shop and we do em for 20 each spring in the matter of like 20-30 mins total, to bad your all the way in WA, ya but whatever you do dont pay more than 100. Other shops around here try and take peoples money and charge like 200 bucks when its a 30 mins job, thats just peer shady, find a shop and tell them 80 bucks if not DIY and make a fake invoice like melt said.

realignment will be about 70 bucks down the street.. friend had his accord realigned about a week ago.. so you're saying that a place like les schwab will remove the stock springs for me, so no using oak trees or wheels to get the s**t off? hmm.. maybe if i just get the stock ones taken off at les schwab down the street, and then do the rest myself, it could be easy.. i know hazone.com has that howto on the EG.. but i get kinda lost in it.. cause i dont know too much about suspension and control arms n ish... but if i can get the stock springs taken off for free, then thats a good thing.. if not, i'll have to find a way.. maybe use clamps? i dunno? hm...

The guy charged me a C note, but he put in the camber kit too. Have in done at a shop you can really mess up your car if you don't know what your doing. He did a dam good job, hes even going to check how is doing on thursday and make any adjustments I want. And all you mother f**kers that told me that skunk2 coilcover bounce are full of s**t rides like a dream.

you can go borrow spring compressors from your local store. i know that when i was doing it i went to autozone put done a $40 deposit, borrowed the spring compressors, and got my money back when i returned them. honestly i didn't use them cause they were more of a bother than help.

yea, they will do it for u at the shop, and put ur new springs on, which isnt a problem. the only thing about doing it yourself is that you will need a reallignment(like i said earlier). you can take it to a shop and have a camber kit put on too, but thats expensive. to get my s**t realligned, it was almost $250, cuz it is slammed. but you can get the springs taken off and then do it yourself, and then take it to the shop. most shops frown on coiolovers cuz they totally f**k up ur shocks and s**t if not installed right. but yeah.

go to a random shop..ask them how much it will cost...and then ask them to right it ona paper sayin what is done and how much it will cost...and just tell ur parents thats ur invoice...or if ur cool with them just let htem write u a invoice and do that s**t urself...just don't let that spring hit u in the face =]
