hit u in the face? i know people that got broken arms and s**t cuz of boucing springs...that s**t is dangerous f**k the oak tree method.

if youre gonna do it yourself use air tools and get those springs taken off with spring compressors or take it to a shop. shops wher ei live charge by the hour. like $60 so bout 2 hours = $120

take your parents hand outta your ass and just do it yourself (no offense lol)

spring compressors we're a bother for me! what i did was tie it up nice and tight with metal wire so that when i popped them out, they didn't jump too much.

To be honest it is a project that you can do yourself but Get a spring compressor. I just did mine on my civic and it helped b/c my cousins bf had a body shop with a lift. It was fairly easy to do though. The honda people I go to were going to charge 40 bucks per strut.
