oh but it is, that lip was designed for the 99-00 front end, knock off companies decided to make replicas that fit 96-98's which was a mistake IMO. i like the actual 96-98 type R lips much better.

it isn;t on there straight, thats what it is, the bumper is cracked under it so i couldnt mount it level so its like tipped down.

you want to see what happens when you tip it down?i showed mike (red4)... i made a 700kb video if you want to see me tip it back and forth... you can hear the focusing lens slide back and forward and see how that effects the pic
