Thanks for the good comments. The color is Eternal Blue Pearl base coat, with a few shots of Kandy Kobalt Blue and a clear coat to top it off.
The wheels set me back about 2 G's for a wheel and tire set.

imho the rims are too big, but they do look sweet 18"s right? the color is reallyhawt and i like the 99/00 conversion

Sorry Dawg, They are 17"'s Thank for the comment on the front end conversion. I did not think anybody would notice. I did the conversion myself.
