Yes, The front bumper is aftermarket. although the fenders and hood are OEM.
I shaved the terrestrial antenna and kept the sattelite antenna. I put it up front for looks and also for ease of installation. I have the Sirius Receiver install inside the dash, so it is easier to run the wire from the front than from the rear.

It says it underneath his avatar I'm going to have to agree with everyone on the rims, sexy as hell. Makes me want to put a 99/00 front end on my car.

you can tell its a conversion...look at his rear bumper, he didnt swap it...its the 96-98...imo, you should swap the rear bumper...make the car look even hotter than it is right now...i know from experience...

Looks like a stock 99-00 Front Bumper with a Lip. He could tell it was a Conversion by the rear bumper. Nice car indeed.
