ight so im makin a custom box for my friends 97 teggy and need some ideas...perferably already in a teggy but if its bad ass and in a dif car then its cool...btw it has to be made of wood...no fiberglass

what are you going to put in it? how many speakers? do you want an amp rack in there also? can i get a pic of the empty trunk?

looking for 2 10's or 12's one amp and possibly a cap. pretty much open up for anything...going for something to make it look cleaner...i dont want it to lookl like there was just a box that was set in there like the one posted...thanks

get one twelve...spend the extra money on a nice amp...onlinecarstereo.com is a good place to shop...cheap prices...

honestly, i didn't even look at the equipment, if i see exposed wires my immediate reaction is EWW. i have one exposed wire in all of my audio setup, and that's the one i plug into my zune. :lol:

this was my older setup. it's clean and simple. dunno exactly what you're looking for though.


flush mounting things will make it look better... you won't have s**t sticking out everywhere. technically you could still use the trunk too, though i never did with equipment in it.

I was thinking of creating a nice simple slanted box at the back of the trunk right behidn the seats. Create an angled top andthrow the sub on the angled part and the amp on top...

I would never recommend putting an amp on a sub box.. thats just asking for trouble
