Carbon Fiber is REAL strong. My friend has one that we both jumped on because it was guaranteed! lol! We must have jumped on that thing for a couple of minutes and not even the edges scratched or broke and it stayed in its origional shape!
cf is very expensive. just to make quality products (no air bubbles) YOU WILL spend $1,500 for just a basic setup. Then you will have fun f*ckin up mold after mold due to the learning process.MC Hammer said:custom c/f = dumb.....do it ur self if u want it custom...learn...f**k up...do it right again...then start to sell for other people like u
thats your best bet. theyre not going to go below $800.civic_style95 said:Anyway I'm just pricing them now. It's not finaal yet. I have two companies that will do it but I want at least five. That way I can talk each one of them down. If I can't get it down to a reasonable price then I will just find a hood I like and buy it.

assuming your talking about the seller, not me, I'd have to agree, but you said you were on a budget, and sometimes you cant always go with the best. At that price, If I wanted a c/f hood, I'd atleast email him and find out whats up with that hood.civic_style95 said:yea that dude is a loser
