Customizing headrests, Ebay rocks!!!!

ok, so i really suck at step by steps. i got caught up in installing it and forgot the pics. oops.

basically, most headrests come with a shroud. it's very simple. pull the cloth off the headrest, center the shroud on the foam, mark it with marker, cut foam, insert shroud, replace fabric, corner cut fabric and insert monitor.

i'm not quite done yet. waiting on a cable for one of the monitors and still trying to find my way around alpines crazy wiring. the navigation input on the tv tuner is just an rca video in. so i was thinking i could use the nav input as the video input and switch the secondary to my output to the second monitor. but the nav input is giving me a hard time. so when i find my way around it, i'll take pics of everything finished... but here's where we're at now.

yup. Got off work at 5:45 and was thinking about not even tackling the job yet. I was afraid I wasnt going to have enought time. Pulled the drivers seat. Ran the tv tuner and brain box for the second screen. Cut and mounted the first screen into the headrest. Pulled the dvd player, ran the wires. Hid the tv tuner antennas behind the plastic inserts near the window. ( I hate the way tv tuner antennas look) Ran the wires through the seats and put it all back together. Looked at the time

WTF Its only 8:00.

going to call alpine tech today to see if I can get this wired how I want it

so like I said before sorry about the no fiberglass, but I got the last one wired up last night and took a couple of quick pics.
