id get the zex cam. ignition isnt anything id rush into, its not a big concern, stock is fine unless you are making crazy b series power. base your injector size uppon estimated hp, you want about 80% duty cycle, too big can hurt you and too small can limit you. forget the vafc, uberdata has you covered for everything you need basically.

sounds alittle extreme...

what are you trying to do with this thing? if you want a DD you can push 200whp with much less than this reliably... of course alot of it is in the tune.

dont go my how much psi you want to run, everything is according to your hp goals. hp breaks stuff, not boost

all u need is a really good tune if your going to stay around the 200's.....if u ever want to kick up the psi to around 15-20 i would say start changing ur internals( rods, pistons, sleeves)

alright guys, all i want to do is build a d16 with a turbo kit and push around 200whp, or even like 180whp because it would be alot faster then what i can do right now. i just want to make my car a bit faster so i can have alittle more fun with it and get my first speeding ticket, lol . i dont want to spend tons and tons of money doin it. so i guess i just need to know what i would want to do to my motor to give me a decent whp number. would i want to change the pistons, rods, valves, springs and retainers, and stuff like that. and would a p28 chipped ecu be fine?? ill prolly put some block guard on it because that aint real expensive, i mean i found some golden eagle block guard for $87.

for 200 whp u wont need to change any of ur internals just run a T3 at around 10 psi and u'll be set

so all i need to do is get the motor, swap it, throw a t3 turbo on it, run 10psi, with a really good tune and ill be fine?? and i wont have to change anything on the motor??

a bad ass tune.

home made turbo kit.
fmic.

Im sure you can hit it with what you have as well.

oh yea...you might need bigger injectors.
