ding in the blades

Well i got another turbo today, and there is a ding in one of the blades on the intake side of the turbo, How in the hell would this happen, and is the turbo any good, or should i just trash it?

previous owner probably didn't run a filter and it sucked up a rock. how bad is it? take a close up pic and post

doesnt really matter

if its bad enough it wont push air properly and will take forever to build any pressure.

So it appears all blades have been beat down form the looks of it....

but 1 blade looks bad. You may lose a little efficiency off it, but I dont really know sorry.

EDIT: Is that left over packing material on the blades?

no packing materal, but there what looks like burnt oil on the blades, and some oil sitting in the chamber itself. I dont think its any good, but it was free

no, the blades aren't too bad at all.
you won't have any problems with flow.

so being as i know this turbo is to small for my B, any one have any ideas on how much i could sell this for....I am looking on ebay, but all i am finding is new ones
