Thanks, cfuller_21 =)

Just lil update, I just finish wiring all the way to the trunk and i didn't even take out any trims (except kick panels =). It wasn't that hard, but I had to take out rear seats (I follow instruction from http://lonewolf-online.net/cars/honda/how_to_replace_rear_speakers/). I'm rollin w/o rear seats for 2day now lol

Still waitin for a mono amp, sub, + box to arrive :( I'll put this project on hold for now before doin some serious wiring stuffs.

Just a question, do I even need a Capacitor since I plan to run ONLY 500W RMS?

no but if you have your head lights on and you run your sub and notice your lights dimming you might wanna add a cap .5 farad or 1 farad should do the trick. be careful with it though caps can shock the s**t out of you if your not carefull

No and no. To access the hole, you need to remove the battery and the battery tray (it just rests in there, no bolts holding the tray).

Once you remove those 2, if you look on the firewall, just under where the battery sits, you'll see a rubber grommet in an oval shape.
FYI - I had to remove 3 bolts to remove the battery tray to get at the grommet for the main wiring harness...on my '97 civic ex coupe.
