nope, not powder coated. masked the lip with masking tape and used engine enamel flat-black to spray the wheels.

did you use any type of adheasive promoter for the paint? and did you any clear coat at all?

So new news.....I curbed my ls meshies trying to f**king avoid something in the road......thank goodness they're not that bad...it scratched up the rim just a bit and wiped out the powder coating........if powder coated again would it fill in and cover up the scratches??

most likely. it'd definately be cheaper than having it resurfaced AND powdercoated

Eh who knows..........I might keep em for the simple fact that they lok good powdercoated and plus the Si rims are wayyyyyyyy too common!
