......It's called PCPive seen mans taking shots on pcp and not going down straight away...
they might not feel it but the velocity of the bullet hitting the flesh still shows and u can see the body moving and reacting to the bullets...
my conclusion is either the video is fake or the 2 of the cops were firing blanks

Hey the reason he didn't go down after the first cop shoots him is he is wearing a vest, then you see the cop right behind him shot him in the head and he drops fast. The truth is if your dumb enough to even wave a gun in a cops face they will shoot you. The cop was giving him a chance to live if you watch they only shoot after the guy turns and points the gun at them say good bye after that. That sucks.

yeah the cop ducked bc he thought the guy was gonna shoot him or something? They prob just kept shootin til he dropped down. He was a dumbass for pointing whatever it was at the cop. Even dumber when he put out his arm and directed it at the cop.
first off its a suicide by cop thats why he didnt shoot he just aimed cuse he new he would be shot. second off when someone points a gun at you its your nature to keep shooting until they dont move anymore,ill be damned if anyone makes it so that i never see my family again.and im sure anyone in this forum would do the same.
