Yep, 4 door sedan. '97 rear doors have knobs that are tapering cylinders that have to be squeezed to grip (no kind of protrusion to grip). Have tried a number of aftermarket units but either the interior threads are of too large a diameter to mate with the Civic's threaded shaft or they aren't long enough to reach the shaft. Still looking for a solution that will work with old, arthritic hands.I assume you refer to a Civic sedan as the coupes & hatches dont have any door lock knobs. Outside of that, I dont understand your question. Why you used the term "anti-theft" while referring to the knobs is beyond me. Are you asking where you can get aftermarket knobs? Visit any local autoparts store.
