I agree, I would also like to see this because i think straight black(assuming thats what color you're doing) on a grey interior would look cool and not show dirt as bad as the red that a lot of people do.

wow, aren't you a nice fella ... there is somebody who is trying to help you despite you screaming around without any punctuation and you diss them like that.

When I used the armrests I took of the plastic and cleaned out the hole, then I put screws in and glassfiber glue stuff to hold the screws in place. I madea vertikal hole in there to make sure that after it had hardened it would come out when I placed the nut on top and tightened it all the way. Then I dremeled the tips of, put silikon on there and everything is well.

I used the glassfiber stuff, because that is what I had at home that sunday and stores are not open on sundays, also I decided to go with the nuts and bolt setup because I wanted the flexibility to change out covers as easy as possible just in case I decide to change interior again.

I admit i felt the same way at first, but he just went about trying to get an answer the wrong way...no need to hold it against him man. he coulda just been having a shitty day/weeek and people were setting him off. plus a decent amount of time has passed since then, so instead of startin stuff by bring up the past, just let it chill

wow, with all that trash talking i dont even know what this thread was about or who was asking for what...anyways....depending on the year of your car, its not hard to do. ive done this to 5th and 6th gen civics. both of them you have to cut the plastic welds and i used short fat screws to put them back together. got my fabric at walmart, its kind of a jean's like material (but not really) it was $2 a yard and is thick enough to last a long time. used 3m spray glue, which doesnt hold the best, but if you use enough it works good. heres pics.

its a more grey/black, but thats what i wanted so dont hate.
