Civics can't really rock anything bigger than a 16" rim. My accord has 18's and that's pretty big for it but it can pull it off because it is a 2006. My civic on the other hand has 15" rims which rub pretty bad. I need to roll my fenders for 15's so I think you can go lower 
body kit and wheels are a no no for me but the drop looks about right get some 15s on there and loose the kit
