please solve and argument. how do you know your civic is an ef? and what is ef? please don't answer if you don't know, cause i've heard em all.

your civic isnt an EF... EF is the chassis code for the 88-91 civics in japan...

yes and ef is the model, ours here are ed's, but you can buy ef parts from japan to make a ef knockoff haha, thats my plan but it might not fall through

well mines canadian the vin starts with 2. is that still ed?

ef is the chassis code in japan its in the vin all north american made cars are eds theres nothing else.. there is also the ee but im pretty sure thats stricly european
