SiR-T is an emblem found on the jdm accord cf, limited edition model named Torneo
it doesn't have much to do with the civic, but I thought T can stand for Turbo as well

no, it doesn't bolt right in. there are lots of threads on integra dash fitment around the internet.. just do some research.
