I have used that exact same blue to paint small things under my hood and love it.
I can tell though that the pics arent really doing this thing justice
As far as the springs go if your looking for a relativley smallish drap id go with tein s techs drop is 1.5, 1.7 i believe may have some that are a little lower i know a good bit of people with them and they really like them and there not expensive at all.
