10psi on a T25 is not 10psi on a t3/t4

very tru, i cant remember which turbo it was for sure but im 90% sure it was greddy's TD04H-15G
to me it was pretty impressive

you dont need rims to have a nice car..stock steelies and hubcaps work just fine. the only think ill do is maybe a carbon fiber hood and tinted windows. but thats it.

he should tune that out of there, lower v-tec if he has the means.
and you right it isn;t the psi. how many times do you have to tell people. its the VOLUME of air a turbo can move, not the pressure it moves it at
