Engine shots...Before it Blew and got stolen

Well, once i dropped the engine, i didn't berak it in, i had to drive it around for about 1k under 4500 RPM, and some guy was talking alot of s**t with a B16a2, so i had to show him up, 1st and 2nd run was fine....but 3rd run that s**t blew on me, and when i took the motor out and put my D16y7 in, the motor was sitting in my brother in-law garage.....i got a call lastnight from him, and he said when he got home the motor was gone, and the lock on his garaged was broken

those LS motors are never meant to be vtec'd...but damn..feel sorry for you bro...hope you find that motha!
DIY headlights, and yeah real rear lip.....and i do have a feeling it was an inside job, cause before i took the motor out of my car, the only people that was there was my brother in-law friends......i have a good idea on who did it though, but i don't want to say anything untill i have real proof that they did it. The other thing is, i made it so easy for them, there was already a engine list there, not only did they take my motor, they took the LS head that i took off the block, so basically they took everything, even the GSR block that i had for sale on CCJezek said:

if it was stolen out of your house...cant homeowners insurance cover it or somthing?
No offense, so don't take this the wrong way... But that is what you get for trying to show off..... Just brush big talkers off, it will help out a LOT in the long run.... 
But that does suck majorly.... I worry about my 240 and the parts I've taken off getting stolen from my garage a lot.... I can't see it from my apartment, so I can't really keep an eye out, but I just gotta trust it....

what are you talking about, it doesn't really matter how the engine looks, its about the power.....so the valve cover is a little messed up so what?Nine78Guy said:

Even IF the guy was talking smack, it wasn't so smart to run him more than once and then blow the motor. That's what he's saying. Honestly, regardless of what the guy said, I wouldn't have ran him until i broke the motor in.
